Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Manager du pôle, le responsable analytics a pour mission l’accompagnement des clients et de la société sur des problématiques de mesures et d’analyses d’audience. Il s’assure du bon pilotage de ses projets tant en français qu’en anglais (écrit et oral).

**Parfaitement à l’aise avec les sujets de tracking et d’analyse de la donnée, les principales tâches seront**:

- Tracking de sites:

- Prise de besoin
- Proposition de Kpis à suivre
- Définition d’un plan de marquage
- Implémentation du tracking
- Configuration des outils de mesures d’audience
- Vérification de la bonne remontée des données

Vous serez responsable de la définition et du déploiement du tracking de sites internet clients, principalement sous Google Tag Manager. Une connaissance avancée de ce TMS est requise (DataLayer, Ecommerce avancé, Compétences JS est un plus,). Une maitrise de Google Analytics (GA4) est obligatoire. Des audits de tracking pourront également être réalisés afin de détecter des leviers d’optimisation sur de la prospection, ou sur des prestations complètes.
Une expérience additionnelle sous un autre outil de mesure d’audience est souhaitée (Piwik Pro, Matomo)

- Reporting:

- Création de rapports de performance
- Proposition de Kpis à mettre en valeur
- Proposition graphique d’organisation de la donnée
- Modélisation sous un outil de dashboarding
- Analyse pertinente des remontées

Vous devrez développer et être force de proposition sur les reportings actuellement utilisés (Google Data Studio, Excel, Powerpoint). Une connaissance avancée sous Google Data Studio est souhaitée (connecteurs, liaison Google Sheet,). Des analyses pertinentes seront à produire à fréquence régulière.
Une expérience additionnelle sous un autre outil de dashboarding est un plus.

Compétences mínimales : Google Data Studio
Compétences optionnelles : Power BI ou Tableaux
- RGPD:
En collaboration avec notre DPO, vous serez également responsable de la conformité RGPD des implémentations. Vous devrez être en mesure de proposer la meilleure configuration pour permettre de tirer des analyses pertinentes tout en respectant la vie privée des internautes. Une veille sera à réaliser pour adapter nos implémentations conformément à la règlementation (consent mode, enhanced conversion,)

Sous Google Tag Manager, vous saurez adapter votre configuration aux différentes bannières cookies que nous pouvons rencontrer (OneTrust, Cookiebot,)

**Qualifications**:
**Votre profil**:

- vous possédez une expérience réussie en agence ou chez un annonceur,
- vous maitrisez la suite Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.)
- vous êtes doté d’un esprit synthétique, et analytique,
- vous êtes sensible aux enjeux du marketing et de la communication,
- vous êtes sensible aux respects de la règlementation RGPD,
- et tout à fait opérationnel dans l’utilisation du Pack Office et notamment Excel et PowerPoint.

Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais est également requise pour pouvoir monter sur des projets internationaux.
