**Ce que tu feras**:
Les bâtiments représentent 40 pour cent de la consommation énergétique mondiale. La gestion de l’énergie est donc un enjeu important pour le maître d’ouvrage.
Nous proposons une solution intégrée au bâtiment qui améliore considérablement la performance énergétique. Nos systèmes de gestion de bâtiment augmentent simultanément la productivité dans le bâtiment. Les gens ont le contrôle par pièce. De cette manière, un climat intérieur optimal peut être assuré, dans lequel le plus grand nombre de personnes possible peuvent séjourner et travailler confortablement.
**En tant que Account Manager BMS**, vous jouez un rôle clé au sein du département et votre tâche principale est de gérer et d'élargir davantage notre portefeuille de clients finaux francophone, en mettant l'accent sur les projets de rénovation et les nouveaux contrats de maintenance dans les marchés verticaux dans lesquels Johnson Controls est active (immeubles de bureaux, établissements de santé, universités, etc.).
**Comment tu vas le faire**:
- Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et les cibles commerciales planifiées
- Gérer le portefeuille clients existant, son expansion future et générer une augmentation du chiffre d'affaires
- Prospection active et recrutement de nouveaux clients
- Collaboration étroite avec notre service interne (support commercial) et notre département de mise en œuvre
- Conseil, préparation et suivi des devis dans le système CRM
- Fournir des démonstrations de produits, des formations/présentations
- Vous êtes orienté solutions et cross Selling
- L'Account Manager (h/f) rapporte au Sales Manager du département BeLux BMS.
- Le poste est basé à Grand-Bigard, mais vous êtes principalement actif auprès de vos clients « en déplacement » sur la Wallonië.
