**Milcobel Consumer Products (MCP) **is een cruciale business unit binnen de Milcobelgroep. MCP staat in voor
**de verwerking, productie en commercialisering van kazen**, met als bekendste product Brugge Kaas. Met afdelingen in Brugge en Moorslede telt MCP een 440tal medewerkers.

**Wie zoeken wij?**

Wij zoeken voor onze productiesite te Brugge naar een
**Quality assistant** die zich voornamelijk zal bezighouden met de verschillende
** kwaliteitscontroles** op de werkvloer. Je zal bijna de helft van jouw tijd vertoeven op de werkvloer als eerste
**aanspreekpunt** op vlak van kwaliteit. Kortom je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen handelt naar de juiste
**kwaliteitsnormen** in onze fabriek. Hierbij zal je ook op regelmatige basis
**stalen nemen** en de resultaten hiervan
**analyseren** en interpreteren zodat we op tijd acties kunnen nemen. Om deze acties te nemen, is het ook belangrijk dat je instaat voor de
**communicatie met enerzijds de leveranciers **als er bijvoorbeeld klachten zijn maar
**anderzijds ook met onze productieleiding of supply chain** indien er problemen zijn op de vloer. Cheeselover? Perfect Want regelmatig zal je
** houdbaarheids
- en degustatietesten** moeten uitvoeren vooraleer we onze kaas uitleveren aan de klant.

**Passen wij bij elkaar?**
- Je behaalde een voedingsgerelateerd bachelordiploma en hebt eventueel al ervaring in kwaliteit
- Proactiviteit, communicatie en een kritische blik zijn kenmerken die duidelijk aanwezig zijn bij jou
- Durf je om in het Frans onze leveranciers te woord te staat? Bien sur
- Werken in een **twee ploegensysteem** is voor jou geen probleem?
