**Job description OLO coordinator**
**Key Tasks and Accountabilities**
- Placing orders at different OLO (Other Licensed Operators) providers in Belgium and Luxemburg (for different services).
- OLO Order tracking, participating in calls, proactive follow-up and liaising with customers.
- Invoice validation Supplier OLO and act as link between providers and the financial department.
- 1st escalation contact to OLO supplier and act as a link between the supplier, customer and other internal Colt departments.
- Participate in projects when needed and assure a good flow of information and follow-up.
- Master all the Colt systems and update them on a regular basis.
- Weekly reporting of running orders with different OLO suppliers.
- Participate in service review with suppliers.
- Ensure KPI delivery as per Service Level Agreement.
- Fault clearance for OLO Lines and ENNI (Network-to-Network Interface).
- Tightly manages vendor installation to meet critical milestones and customer deadlines.
**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- Ability to work on different tasks and projects at the same time (multitasking).

- Ability to organise and plan your day according to the needs at hand.

- Willing to explore and perfection the different services and technologies.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, network solutions or related field.
- Basic project management experience.
- Knowledge & Experience of national and international Delivery process.
- Basic knowledge of the office tools (Word, excel, Outlook,).
- Technical and/or administrator education.
