Role Overview
**We are looking for**:
The Distribution Manager will Optimize distributors portfolio at regional level.
The Distribution Manager will develop and manage business growth in line with GBU Strategy for the total range of the GBU products, with a specific focus on natural ingredients.
Gather competitive information from distributors.
Elaborate the distribution strategy and implement at regional level aligned with BU strategic plan.
With respect to the commercial and marketing strategy, develop plans in cooperation with the other functions (Quality, supply chain, R&D, Finance )
Gather market information
Develop sustainable relationship with key distributors to maintain distributor commitment toward Business Unit - Sets KPI’s
Select and contract the distributors.
Manage and monitor contractual agreements with distributors.
Manage changes in distributor network (termination, transfer)
Challenge distributors’ mapping to optimize cost to serve
Ensure that distributors are trained on the products
Produce accurate opportunities lists
