As a Sub System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution, coordination, and delivery of key system components within complex railway projects, ensuring that we meet all Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) objectives.

**Your Mission**:
As a Sub System Manager, you will leverage your strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities to coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of your project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Project Execution & Risk Management**
- Own and manage end-to-end project execution of your sub-system.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, ensuring alignment with the overall project.
- Make critical trade-offs between cost, quality, and deadlines.
- Extract key insights from complex data to drive strategic decisions.
- **Team Leadership & Problem-Solving**
- Work in a matrix environment with multidisciplinary and international teams (engineering, R&D, supply chain, etc.).
- Resolve project delays by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead effective negotiations and alignment with stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of project governance, planning, and execution.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Prepare and deliver concise executive presentations, summarizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and internal customers, balancing conflicting priorities.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex components within a high-stakes environment.
- Strong background in project execution, budgeting, and risk management.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- IPMA certification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in multi-national environments and cross-functional teams.
