**Wat is de job?**:
**JOUW FUNCTIE**

Als **Field Coordinator Off Trade** maak je deel uit van het Off Trade Category & Shopper Marketingteam dat er mee voor zorgt dat de positie van Alken-Maes als partner voor onze klanten versterkt wordt. Het team draagt bij tot de positieve evolutie van zowel beschikbaarheid, zichtbaarheid als groei van onze merken in de winkelpunten. In de functie van Field Coordinator ben jij de schakel tussen de hoofdzetel en de sales medewerkers in de field. Je rapporteert aan de Category & Shopper Marketing Manager.

**JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Als **Field Coordinator Off trade** zorg je ervoor dat de field beschikt over alle cruciale informatie en tools (assortiment, displays, promo, innovatie,).
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van de buitendienst en dus ook verantwoordelijk voor de alignering van de verschillende sales teams.
- Je analyseert de informatie die beschikbaar is in het CRM-systeem en doet op basis hiervan sterke aanbevelingen ter optimalisatie naar het sales management.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het 100% up to date houden en het ontwikkelen van ons CRM systeem en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met on IT afdeling.
- Je staat in voor de ontwikkeling van loyaliteitsprogramma’s om de zichtbaarheid van onze merken in de winkels te vergroten.
- Je gaat regelmatig mee in de field om de realiteit te begrijpen en de feedback van de sales mee te nemen en deze te optimaliseren.
- Je creëert tools en stelt deze ter beschikking van de sales teams die hen toelaten om hun sales taken optimaal te kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de nationale sales meetings en bepaalt de agenda hiervan.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Je bent analytisch, besluitvaardig en behoudt steeds een helicopter view. Je kan analyses gemakkelijk vertalen naar synthese en aanbevelingen.
- Je houdt van planmatig en georganiseerd werken en staat stevig in je schoenen.
- Je bent een krak in projectmanagement en stakeholdermanagement.
- Hoewel je een echte teamplayer bent, kan je ook volledig autonoom werken.
- Je bent ondernemend en blijft niet bij de pakken zitten.
- Je krijgt dingen gedaan en je weet hoe je mensen kan enthousiasmeren om net die extra stap te nemen.
- Je bent assertief en durft het woord te nemen.
- Je houdt ervan structuur aan te brengen en mensen een kader te bieden.
- Je kan iedereen vlot te woord staan zowel in het Nederlands, het Engels als in het Frans.
- Ervaring in de retailsector is een absoluut pluspunt.
