**DESCRIPTION**:
The Organization (NATO) has implemented and deployed a new EIM system at NATO HQ based on EMC Documentum 22.2 and SharePoint 2016/2019 and Subscription Edition for approximately 1.200 users. The implemented system currently consists of the following main modules:
- EMC Documentum 22.2
- EMC Documentum xPlore 22.x
- EMC Documentum xCP 22.2
- EMC Documentum Records Manager 22.X (Physical Records Services, Retention Policy Services, Physical Records Transformation Services)
- EMC Documentum Administrator 22.2
- EMC Documentum Advanced Documentum Transformation Services 22.2 (ADTS)
- EMC Documentum Foundation Services 22.2 (DFS)
- EMC Documentum REST API
- SharePoint Divisional Team Sites
- MS Web based information portals
- User Interface Applications consuming different kinds of APIs
A migration towards SharePoint Subscription Edition is ongoing and the migration towards Documentum 22.x is also quite recent.
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:
- 10+ years (Senior 5 years) of experience in designing, building, structuring, analyzing, configuring, developing, testing and deploying SharePoint 2016/2019 Site Collections: good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript; having worked with SharePoint Designer 2010/2013
- 2+ years of experience with SharePoint 2016/2019 Development (e.g. Web Parts, Event Receivers, etc) with Visual Studio using one or more of the following technologies/languages/object models/libraries:.NET, CSOM, JSOM, C#, JavaScript, Typescript, REST services, Svelte, HTML, CSS
- Basic working knowledge about/experience with administering/managing SharePoint 2016/2019 Farms using Central Admin and PowerShell
- Experience with SharePoint Subscription is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and review incidents and change requests, and recommend and implement changes to the business processes and functional system setup
- Computer and local area network skills and be conversant with office support tools (MS Office Professional current version) tied to an MS Windows operating system environment
- Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
- French speaking skills are an advantage
**DUTIES/ROLE**:
- Support existing system implementations as follows:
- Resolve functional and technical incidents and service requests as reported
- Implement system changes and patches as approved, to include all required activities (analysis, development, testing, documentation, deployment etc.)
- Provide knowledge transfer to staff of the Organization
- Support delivery and support of other systems and activities (as/if required)
