**M&A/Investment Professional**.
**Taken**:
Hieronder een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

- Identificeren en evalueren van **potentiële investeringsmogelijkheden **via relevante belanghebbenden zoals M&A-adviseurs en financiële tussenpersonen.
- Opstellen van **investeringsvoorstellen **voor potentiële transacties en deze presenteren aan het team en de Raad van Bestuur.
- Optreden als volledig verantwoordelijke "**deal captain" **die alle relevante **due diligence** workflows leidt (bijv. commerciële, financiële, juridische en fiscale due diligence) incl. doorlopend beheer van externe adviseurs (bijv. accountants, advocaten, fiscalisten, etc.) naast zijn of haar eigen analyse en inzichten.
- **Investeringsondersteuning**: aansturen van de waardecreatieagenda van de onderneming in nauwe samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke operationele partner (bijv. samenwerken met het management bij het vaststellen van de strategische agenda, uitvoeren of verbeteren van procedures, uitvoeren van add-on deal-mogelijkheden, enz.)
- Een **actieve rol **spelen tegenover de Raad van Bestuur in **portefeuillebedrijven **en in de **communicatie **met het **management**.
- Professionele voorbereiding van de Raad van Bestuur, Algemene Vergadering, netwerkevenementen, bedrijfsbezoeken, enz.

**Profiel**:

- Je behaalde een **Masterdiploma **in een economische richting.
- Je beschikt over een eerste **relevante werkervaring in M&A**. Ervaring in een **Big4 **is een grote **plus**, de ervaring in M&A is een must.
- Je werkt graag met cijfers en kan goed overweg met **Excel **en een **ERP**-**pakket**.
- Je bent leergierig en hebt een brede interesse in **Finance, Private Equity, M&A **en **Real Estate**.
- Dankzij jouw oog voor detail ga je steeds uiterst **nauwkeurig **te werk.
- Je hebt een echte **ondernemersmentaliteit** met een passie voor wat je doet.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Engels **en hebt een goede kennis van het **Frans**.
- Je legt de juiste **prioriteiten **en bereikt efficiënt de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
- **Flexibiliteit **zit in jouw genen: je reageert steeds gepast op plotse veranderingen en onverwachte omstandigheden.
- Je bent bereid om een aantal dagen per maand naar het **buitenland **(Zwitserland) te gaan.
