Strategy & BI Associate

Data position with Project Responsibilities
- Hays is looking for a Strategy & BI Associate for one of our clients in Haren._

**The role you will take**:

- Collect and analyse business data to gain insights into existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualisation to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for easy interpretation by stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in project initiatives aimed at implementing process improvements and changes based on data analysis.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of improvement projects
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes, track key metrics, and provide reports on the effectiveness of process improvements.

**Your profile**:

- Higher degree in business, economics, data science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data, with a focus on process improvement and optimisation.
- Proficient in using statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) to manipulate and analyze data sets.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a big plus
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in complex datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
