**SGS Clinical Research** carries out all type of services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, from coordination and running of clinical trials with new molecules or techniques on human beings, to support and consultancy on post marketing registration activities. SGS Clinical Research has also expertise in the quality control of pharmaceuticals.
We are currently looking for a **Business Application Owner** to join our **Business Technology Department**
**Job Description**:
Some of your **key responsibilities** might include:
- Act as the primary contact for our internal and external stakeholders, local and global IT teams;
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service levels and contracts;
- Manage change requests, in cooperation with Business Process Owners and the project managers;
- Write and update manuals and FAQ’s for end users and IT servicedesk colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
**We're on the lookout for someone with these kind of skills**:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or relevant work experience;
- A broad interest in IT related topics;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in Dutch and English.
