SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Consultant

My client is looking for an experienced SAP Ariba consultant with Ariba Supplier Enablement Support experience, Dutch speaker is required.
**Job Summary**
**Ariba Supplier Enablement Support responsibility**: The support expert is responsible for providing technical and functional support to suppliers during the onboarding process onto the Ariba Network. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient integration. The expert should possess a deep understanding of the Ariba platform and be capable of troubleshooting technical issues, guiding suppliers through the onboarding process, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
**The Ariba Content Enablement Support responsibility**: The Expert is responsible for managing and supporting the content enablement processes within the Ariba platform. This role involves working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and content providers to ensure accurate and efficient integration of content into the Ariba Network. The expert should possess a deep understanding of Ariba's content enablement tools and be capable of troubleshooting issues, guiding stakeholders through processes, and ensuring overall data accuracy and quality.
**Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Onboarding**: Guide and support suppliers through the Ariba Network onboarding process. Assist suppliers in understanding the technical requirements for integration. Provide training and resources to help suppliers navigate Ariba's tools and functionalities.
**Technical Support**: 1. Monitoring the Supplier mail box, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues 2. Monitor, Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ariba Network integration. 3. Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve technical challenges faced by suppliers. 4. Ensure that suppliers are compliant with Ariba's technical specifications.
**Documentation and Training**: 1. Develop and maintain documentation for suppliers on Ariba integration processes. 2. Conduct training sessions for suppliers on Ariba Network best practices and procedures. 3. Keep documentation up-to-date with the latest platform features and changes.
**Content Integration**: Work with content providers to integrate and upload product catalogs, pricing, and other relevant content onto the Ariba Network. Ensure accurate mapping and categorization of products and services within the Ariba system.
**Technical Support**: 1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content integration. 2. Collaborate with internal IT teams to address and resolve technical challenges faced by content providers.
**Documentation and Training**: 1. Develop and maintain documentation for content providers on Ariba content enablement processes. 2. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and content providers on best practices for content integration.
**Communication**: Act as a liaison between suppliers/content providers and internal teams within the organization. Communicate effectively with suppliers/content providers to gather necessary information and address concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for suppliers/ensure a seamless content integration experience.
**Quality Assurance**: Supplier Enablement. Conduct regular reviews of supplier integrations to ensure compliance with Ariba standards.. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supplier onboarding.
**Content Enablement** 1. Conduct regular reviews of integrated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Ariba standards. 2. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content enablement processes.
**Skills Required**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, Business, Information Technology). Proven experience with Ariba Supplier and Content Enablement and Ariba Network. Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
