**Omschrijving**:
The project manager's tasks include the following:
Time scheduling: the project manager plans and monitors the migration schedule to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
Resource planning: identifies and coordinates the resources required for the project to ensure efficient implementation of the migration.
Plan, coordinate and monitor work packages: The project manager plans work packages in coordination with the project teams and monitors their implementation.
Managing Communication: Acts as the central interface for communication between internal and external teams, ensuring effective flow of information and clarification of issues and concerns.
Tracking the Plan: The project manager monitors the progress of the migration and ensures that the project plan is met. In the event of deviations, he/she takes timely action to ensure the success of the project.
Incident management: Identifies any problems or incidents that occur during the migration and ensures that they are resolved in order to minimize disruptions and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Performance management: The project manager monitors the performance of the migration and takes action to optimize it if necessary.
Test management: The project manager plans and coordinates the execution of tests to ensure the quality of the migration.
Go-live management: The project manager coordinates all activities related to go-live processes and ensures that the individual sections are successfully put into operation after the migration.
Deconstruction of existing DMS: After the migration is complete, the project manager is responsible for the orderly deconstruction of the DMSs that are no longer required.
Stakeholder management: The project manager is responsible for planning and implementing effective stakeholder communication and take into consideration stakeholders feedback in the implementation backlog.
Change management: In coordination with the change managers (one based in Belgium and one based in Germany), he or she coordinates the migration process in order to identify, analyse and successfully implement changes. In particular, he/she ensures that training material and c
Document: ensure the implemented solution is fully and correctly documented, from a technical point of view but also from a user support point of view.
**Profiel**
The consultant must meet the following requirements:
University degree, ideally in the IT field
Proven knowledge and several years of experience in IT project management
Proven experience in leading migration projects, especially in the area of document management
Deep knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Excellent of knowledge in the Office 365 Platform
Knowledge of OpenText and ELO is an advantage
Experience in planning and coordinating complex projects using agile methodologies
Experience managing diverse teams spread across 2 countries and the ability to motivate and lead them
Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
Knowledge of project management and the use of appropriate tools e.g. Teamhood, MS Project, Sciforma, or equivalent
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Fluency in English (at least C1), both written and spoken
Knowledge of German, French and/or Dutch is a great advantage
