**Algemeen**:
Business Information Services & Solutions (BISS) zorgt als afdeling voor een performante, innovatiegerichte, stabiele en veilige IT-dienstverlening, zodat AGORIA, ATC & ARE hun doelstellingen efficiënt en doeltreffend kunnen realiseren. BISS voert deze opdracht uit op een kostenbewuste, transparante en kwaliteitsvolle manier binnen de beschikbaar gestelde middelen.

Voor het team zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager. Je zorgt dat de strategische projecten correct vertaald worden op basis van de bedrijfsstrategie. En je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen en implementeren van cross-departementale projecten, teneinde een feilloze afhandeling van alle projecten te garanderen en waar nodig de processen te optimaliseren i.s.m. de verschillende interne & externe stakeholders.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Project Management
- Je coördineert en volgt verschillende projecten op
- Je identificeert en formuleert de noden en verwachtingen van de business en betrokken stakeholders op basis van een business case die je samenstelt, teneinde de haalbaarheid van de projecten te verzekeren en het nodige kader en middelen ervan te identificeren
- Je definieert concrete deliverables en milestones in combinatie met een haalbare projectplanning
- Je stemt af op regelmatige basis met de verschillende stakeholders gedurende de volledige projectcyclus
- Je communiceert naar interne en externe stakeholders (BISS, Services, Marketing, Context, Operations, Office Team) en zogrt ervoor dat het project binnen de vooropgestelde timing opgeleverd wordt
- Je definieert mee een project roadmap ism met de verschillende stakeholders
- Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de informatie (documentatie, rapportage, contractuele afspraken)
- Project ownership en overdracht
- Je neemt ownership over projecten van opstart t.e.m. overdracht naar procesmodus en daily business, teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat de nieuwe processen en/of concepten na afloop van het project feilloos geïmplementeerd en gebruikt worden
- Budgetbeheer
- Je beheert, rapporteert en volgt het budget toegekend aan het project of programma, teneinde een kostenefficiënte werking te garanderen en ontsporingen te vermijden
- Rapportering
- Je definieert de nodige KPI’s en ontwikkeld een rapporteringssysteem, teneinde de vooruitgang en de correcte afhandeling van de projecten volgens de vastgelegde normen te kunnen meten en opvolgen
- Aansturing projectteam
- Je coördineert functioneel het intern projectteam en stuurt externe partijen aan waar nodig, teneinde te verzekeren dat het team inzetbaar is (kwantitatief en kwalitatief), evenals bereid en in staat om de gestelde projectdoelstellingen te realiseren
- Stakeholder management
- Je bouwt en onderhoud relaties met belangrijke stakeholders van de projecten, teneinde een optimale samenwerking en effectieve inbedding van de veranderingen in processen te verzekeren
- Je deelt je expertise met je collega’s
- Je rapporteert aan de Senior IT Manager

***Gewenst profiel**:

- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Een ervaring (+5 jaar) als projectleider van grote en/of meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd (bij voorkeur in een IT-context) staat op jouw palmares
- Met een passie voor IT zorg je ervoor dat je een complexe wirwar aan informatie kan ontcijferen en omzetten in hapklare en begrijpbare taal
- Je beschikt over goede IT-vaardigheden en bent vertrouwd met het professioneel gebruik van Word, Excel en PowerPoint
- Als leergierig iemand volg je de laatste evoluties (o.a. Cloud, Agile, Data,)
- Je beschikt over een groot gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. De interne klant en je team staan voor jou altijd centraal. Je gaat voor resultaat.
- Als aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, de technische mensen en alle andere personen die meewerken aan de projecten ben je sterk op vlak van communicatie. Je bent assertief, beheerst vlot het Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
- Je beheerst rapporterings
- en presenteertechnieken
- Het is een pluspunt als je beschikt over een PMP en/of SAFe-certifiëring
