**Introduction**:
We are looking for a director in Business Intelligence to fuel our growth. Do you have between **8 to 15** years of experience in consulting? Do you get a kick out of business development? Don't hesitate and reach out.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 25 consultants in BI;
- Participate in business development initiatives;
- Manage complex projects together with junior project manager;
- Advise clients on data/BI strategy and vision;
- Work together with senior management and our our experts to define roadmap and strategy for future growth;
- Actively promote knowledge building and sharing

**Your Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in the field of Informatics, Business Economics, Civil Engineering or Information Management;
- 8 to 15 years of experience in consulting or service-oriented environments of which at least 5 in business development and leadership roles;
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
