Als General Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor één van onze grotere STING winkels. Je geeft leiding aan een groot verkoopteam, coördineert de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor de juiste uitvoering van daarvan. Dagelijks analyseer je de verkoopcijfers en op basis van deze cijfers maak je de juiste commerciële keuzes. Jij coacht, motiveert en inspireert jouw team om er elke dag voor te zorgen dat onze klanten een fantastische shopping experience krijgen.
**YOU.**:
- Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële functie in de fashion en beschikt over een MBO diploma (richting detailhandel) en bent toe aan een next step
- Je hebt ervaring met leiding geven aan een groot verkoopteam.
- Je bent verkoop
- en resultaatgericht en gedreven om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen.
- Je hebt een planmatig en cijfermatig inzicht.
- Jouw passie voor fashion, ambitieuze en energieke instelling, people skills en talent voor verkoop maken jou de perfecte General Manager
