Upgrade Estate realiseert en beheert connecterende huisvesting voor studenten, young professionals en groei KMO’s en weet als geen ander in te spelen op de noden van deze doelgroepen. Huisvesting is voor ons een manier om onze ultieme ‘why’ te realiseren: sociale impact en maatschappelijke meerwaarde creëren in een economisch duurzaam model. **Wat kan jouw bijdrage zijn aan het realiseren van onze missie?**:

- Je werkt afwisselend vanuit onze **Upgrade Academy** (Sint Pietersnieuwstraat) en **ons kantoor** (Burggravenlaan).
- Je maakt praktische afspraken met de gebruikers van onze Upgrade Academy, zodat we hen een optimale klantbeleving kunnen bieden.
- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt** voor onze (vaste) huurders, onze bezoekers en onze eigen medeMerkers.
- Je verzorgt het onthaal met een glimlach en je beantwoordt elke telefoon met **enthousiasme**.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij evenementen en vergaderingen.
- Je houdt toezicht op de orde, netheid en goede werking van de materialen in onze vergader -en eventruimtes.
- Je meldt technische defecten aan jouw collega's van Facility en digitale problemen volg je op met het IT team.
- Je stuurt de externe poetsploeg aan.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat onze collega's over het nodige werkmateriaal beschikken en je beheert onze voorraad.

- Je bruist van **energie **en kan gemakkelijk omgaan met onvoorziene omstandigheden, elke dag is immers anders.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én een aardig mondje Frans.
- Je hebt minimum jouw ASO of TSO diploma zak. Met een richting als Onthaal en Public Relations, Moderne talen, Toerisme, KMO Administratie zit je alvast goed.
- Idealiter woon je in centrum Gent en verplaats je je met de fiets tussen de 2 gebouwen.

**Wat mag je verwachten van ons in return**:

- We werken volgens een 38-uren week met 5 extralegale verlofdagen.
- Je doorloopt een intensief onboardingsprogramma met een **onthaalcoach **die jou begeleidt.
- In januari 2024 verhuizen we naar onze gloednieuwe gebouwen aan **Upoffiz
- Loop 5 in Gent** en zal je deel uitmaken van ons nieuw Hospitality team.
- Onze eigen **Upgrade Academy** zorgt ervoor dat elke medeMerker zich verder professioneel kan ontwikkelen.
- We zijn een flexibele organisatie waarin het bespreekbaar is om tijdens je loopbaan diverse rollen op te nemen die voor jou en de organisatie een 'Upgrade' zijn.
- En uiteraard wordt een job bij ons ook mooi beloond.
