Als Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk van het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van de inventory afdeling. Je houdt overzicht binnen je afdeling en zorgt samen met je team voor een goed afhandeling van de dagelijkse prioriteiten.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

- Je geeft leiding aan de teamleaders en operatoren.
- Je controleert het geleverde werk en de correcte interpretatie hiervan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van relevante procedures.
- Je verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert interne en externe gegevens uit verschillende systemen.
- Je verwerkt deze gegevens tot inzichten en aanbevelingen die je op een heldere en visuele manier weet weer te geven en over te brengen.
- Je detecteert problemen in de werking van het magazijn en zoekt naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden.
- Je bent actief op de werkvloer en staat in voor het coachen van het team.
- Je werkt actief mee aan de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.

- Je kan problemen en situaties analyseren en hieruit beslissingen nemen.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Andere mensen overtuigen is geen probleem.
- Je bezit goede coachvaardigheden en leidinggevende capaciteiten met focus op samenwerking.
- Je bent in staat om conceptueel mee te denken over de processen, procedures en de organisatie.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van logistieke flows.
- Je kan data interpreteren en vertalen naar een operationele omgeving.
- Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou.
