- You will be asked to do financial analysis on client engagements with regards to margins, hours to be completed, payments to receive, etc.
- You will proactively screen outstanding invoices, margins, KPI's and other financial elements occurring in the life-cycle of an engagement
- you will act as the first line of contact for questions or queries regarding this SAP Solution
- You will assist Partners in the maintenance of their client portfolio;
- During the life cycle of the engagement you will directly assist the Partner in the follow-up of that engagement, correcting the engagement economics if needed and estimating the completion of the engagement;
- You will work closely with the other Assurance Business Assistants and report to / cooperate directly with the Business Controller and the Operational Lead of the team;
- Furthermore you will work closely together with the BS Executive Assistants and an offshore team.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Understanding of basic financial and accounting principles
- Given that you will be collaborating closely with Partners and Executives, you should have strong management and people skills;
- You communicate fluently in English. If you speak Dutch or/and French it is a plus.
- Analytically minded with eye for detail
- You are not afraid of deadlines and are an excellent communicator
- In terms of personality, you are best described as someone who has a positive attitude and thinks along with the organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office programs
- Some knowledge of SAP may be helpful
