**Your Role**:
Are you a driven professional with a passion for building new business units? Do you have hands-on sales experience and a knack for being a true goal getter?

If so, this is your opportunity to be part of an innovative SaaS scale-up and play a crucial role in the development of our new Managed Services Provider (MSP) business unit.

**What we expect from you**:
You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications
- A proven track record in setting up and expanding new business units, preferably within the IT or software sector, or in the staffing industry.
- A hands-on mentality with demonstrated experience in sales and client acquisition.
- Entrepreneurial and determined to achieve goals—a true goal getter.
- Experience in a scale-up environment is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, both internally and externally.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic insight and the ability to make decisions that contribute to the success of the MSP business unit.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Establishing and developing our new business unit for Managed Services Providers (MSP).
- Actively acquiring the first clients through hands-on sales efforts.
- Building and leading a dynamic team for both sales and operations within the MSP business unit.
- Overseeing the entire MSP business unit, including sales, operations, and client relationships, both internally and externally.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to create synergies and achieve objectives.

You will play a key role in the management team and report directly to the Managing Director.
