**Duties**:

- Provides conditioning programs for Chievres Fitness Center facility users.
- Instructs proper conditioning and training for aerobic and muscular fitness and flexibility.
- Assist in the planning markets and conducts an ongoing physical fitness program.

**Requirements**:
**Conditions of Employment**:

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A probation period of one year may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Successfully complete a health screening. Immunizations required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Completion of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training within 6 months of employment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid Fitness or Personal Trainer Certificate REQUIRED.**

**Highly Desirable***:

- Prior experience in a Military Fitness and/or Community center planning, organizing, or setting up recreational sports activities, family special events or fun runs in a fitness center or community recreation center._
