**Your role & responsibilities**
- Together with your team, you ensure the complete administrative handling of the goods flow within the warehouses
- You closely monitor compliance with procedures, instructions and internal guidelines
- You map out the administrative logistic processes and develop procedures
- Your strategic insight generates ideas to achieve an efficient and cost-conscious activity mix
- You investigate, report and handle claims and/or irregularities
- You manage and coach the team and ensure connection by e.g. performance reviews, organizing team meetings,...)
- You ensure accurate and timely follow-up of statistics and team-related KPIs
- You support the development and implementation of logistics projects
- You coordinate, organize and control the work of the warehouse employees, ensuring optimal work distribution and team utilization
- You replace team members in their core tasks where necessary
**Timetable**
- Hourly schedule possible between 8h and 17h36 (per week 1 of following schedules 8h-16h06; 9h-17h06; 9h30-17h36) for a good work-life balance

**Your profile**
You have the following qualities:
- You have a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience
- You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English
- Experience in the logistics sector is an asset
- You keep your finger on the pulse but do not lose sight of the long-term strategy
- You excel at planning and organizing
- You have a transparent communication style
- You have an eye for the needs of your team
- You have a good knowledge of office packages
