In the North Antwerp region, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is interested in learning about the world of entrepreneurs and liberal professions through an instructive commercial track, in which you will guide clients in their financial choices under the guidance of senior account managers. Our client is no ordinary bank; they are there specifically for entrepreneurs and liberal professions, and their corporate culture is warm and vibrant, with strong collegiality and room for initiative. The commercial track for future account managers offers the perfect opportunity to learn banking in practice. You will work closely with experienced wealth partners, learn to connect with clients, and gradually grow into an autonomous and results-oriented account manager.

- The commercial track for future account managers is the perfect opportunity to master banking quickly and successfully
- You will work side by side with experienced equity partners, with whom you will form a dynamic tandem. At the start, you will regularly visit existing and potential clients in pairs. This way you will experience our personal approach from the front row. You learn to really connect with your conversation partners, and you discover which wealth advice is best suited to the unique story of the client.
- Throughout the process you will be immersed in the world both in front of and behind the scenes. You'll discover how to conduct an investment conversation. How to extend credit. How deposits work. And so much more.
- In the process, you'll emerge as the valued right hand of the senior account managers. From the start, you will assist in all daily tasks of relationship management and asset management: preparing meetings, autonomously solving questions, following up customer files, etc. In addition, you will help the portfolios grow: you will follow up on leads, participate in (network) events and contact prospects.
- Your commercial career is completed when you advance to account manager. At that moment you become the permanent contact for your own customer portfolio, which you will develop autonomously and result-oriented from then on.
**Profile**
- A master's degree? Some financial experience? Super But what matters most to us is that you have the right potential for the relationship management function
- You are an empathetic, fluent communicator who is good at connecting and collaborating, and gets energy from it
- You are curious about the world of entrepreneurs and liberal professions
- You feel the urge to work towards commercial success and have a customer-oriented mindset
- You are a real intrapreneur: entrepreneurial and proactive by nature. If you spot opportunities, you seize them
- You are honest, enthusiastic and responsible, so you fit in perfectly with our corporate culture
- You have business acumen and learn quickly
- You speak and write Dutch fluently. French is a plus, not a must
- You are willing to work locally in the region and build long-term relationships with customers there
