**Wil je verantwoordelijkheid nemen in het Burger King Koninkrijk? Word een Shift Leader**:
**Jouw missie**- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle operationele taken tijdens jouw shift in het restaurant. Jouw operationele organisatie en personeelsmanagement gaan hand in hand.- Je begroet klanten met een glimlach die een tandpasta-advertentie waardig is, beantwoordt vragen en biedt een snelle en efficiënte service.- Je garandeert de tevredenheid van onze klanten en je aarzelt niet om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.- Tijdens jouw shift, ben jij de verantwoordelijke en rapporteer je aan de assistent manager. Samen met de assistent manager, geef jij leiding aan een team van 10 à 20 personen, allemaal zo vers als onze ingrediënten.- Jij bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je shift en de dagelijkse planning.- Uiteraard garandeer jij mee de naleving van kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsnormen.
**Wie bent jij?**:
- Je hebt het horecaspel al leren spelen.- Je weet dat bij Burger King de klant koning is.- Je kent het woord ‘stress’ niet.- Je blinkt uit in het operationele en hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team.- Geduldig en nauwgezet als een archeoloog weet je altijd oplossingen te vinden.- Je bent punctueel en neemt initiatief.
