**Innovation at the core of IBA Industrial**

IBA Industrial is proud to play a key role in major public and private developments such as MYRRHA project, aiming to design a new sub-critical nuclear reactor, and in building the new generation of accelerators to make radio-isotopes for cancer treatment.

**General mission**:
You will be part of the marketing team within the fastest growing Business Unit at IBA. Thanks to your digital skills, you will actively support our colleague to develop our marketing activities and materials.

**Main tasks**:

- Design & Develop Digital Marketing approach for the BU
- Manage Marketing and Communication
- Coordinate and organize exhibitions, customer events, external / internal events and focus group
- Develop, suggest, produce and communicate marketing material (offline and online)
- Manage/Update CRM contacts
- Support other market facing departments to ensure quality or clinical quality in all communication.
- Initiate or create content for Marketing campaigns, documents, web (in line with marketing strategy and objectives)

**You have**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Communication
- An ability in events and project organization
- An expertise in digital marketing
- Social media have no secrets for you
- A strong knowledge in communication material development and update
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English

- A real team player, able to interact with multiple stakeholders
