**Onze afdeling Operations** is een unieke combinatie van teams die eindgebruikersdiensten en -support leveren.
Onze Incident, Problem & Change Management
- en Business Service Management-teams leveren transversale diensten aan alle afdelingen binnen Ypto.
De teams Telecom (vaste en mobiele telefonie, Astrid, Digital Mobile Radio en callcenters), Building IT systems (CCTV, Access Management, branddetectie, cabling, parking, wifi rollout, ) en Request Management, Invoicing & Tendering (dat NMBS voorziet van alle IT eindgebruikershardware en -software) leveren diensten aan NMBS.
Onze teams End User Support (eerste
- en tweedelijnsondersteuning, VIP Support en Technical Field Solutions) en End User Computing (System Engineering & Access Management) leveren de nodige onderliggende support.
Operations is voornamelijk gericht op klantentevredenheid, die we willen garanderen door de waarden van Ypto en Operations te hanteren.
Als Team Lead BITS projects ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van technical PM’s en PM’s deployment die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de studies en installaties en maintenance van de building technieken voor de NMBS.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Functioneel beheer van het team (recrutering, coaching, ontwikkeling team, resource planning, )
- Verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het team aan de hand van duidelijke procedures en workflows
- High level planning en opvolging van alle projecten
- Definiëren en opvolgen van een set KPI’s voor de verschillende projecten in lijn met PM² methodologie
- Definiëren en opvolgen van team
- en individuele objectieven, in lijn met de globale objectieven
- Opvolgen, evalueren en bijsturen van de leden van het team
- Voorstellen van nieuwe concepten en ideeën ter verbetering van het team
- Bijdragen aan verbeteringsprojecten voor het operations department
- Nauw samenwerken met de andere teamleads van het safety & BMS team en het security & network team
- Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Uitgebreide kennis project management
- Ervaring met gebouwgerelateerde projecten
- Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Ervaring met het uitbouwen van een organisatie
- ITIL-gecertifieerd en PM² gecertifieerd

- Communicatief sterk zowel naar het team als naar management toe
- Sterke people management skills
- Zelfstandig, zeer gestructureerd, administratief sterk
- Customer minded, zin voor initiatief en open minded
- Teambuilder met oog voor het geheel van de organisatie
- Nederlands en Frans en goede kennis van het Engels
