Onze klant is deel van een Japanse multinational, hoe leuk is dit? In de vestiging Niel te Antwerpen ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen zij hoogtechnologische coatings en inkten voor food
- en non-food toepassingen.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als Purchase Officer mag je je uitleven op:

- Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met onze grondstoffenleveranciers binnen Europa en forwarding agencies
- Je bestelt de juiste hoeveelheden en volgt de bestelling van A tot Z op, je maakt daarbij voortdurend gebruik van SAP
- Je verzekert dat de producten van de correcte documenten en certificaten vergezeld zijn
- Je informeert de productieafdeling over de voortgang van de leveringen en controleert of de levering conform de bestelling is verlopen
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega, de productieafdeling en het order departement
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen betreffende lopende leveringen en verzorgt de nodige rapportages.

Profiel

Herken je jezelf hierin? Dan pas jij perfect binnen het team
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een professionele bachelor en/of enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent communicatief, zéér nauwkeurig en gaat proactief te werk
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel (draaitabellen, verticaal zoeken,..) kennis van SAP is een groot voordeel
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Uitvoering van onderhoudscontracten opvolgen en controleren
- Professionele dossiers (klantendossiers, vorderingen,...) voorbereiden en opvolgen (bijwerken, afsluiten,...)
- Professionele dossiers, verslagen van vergaderingen,... coderen en archiveren
- Documenten invoeren en de lay-out verzorgen
Documenten doorsturen en klasseren
- Klanten, leveranciers, bezoekers ontvangen en oriënteren
Boodschappen noteren en afspraken vastleggen
- Gegevens voor de opvolging van de activiteit bijwerken (situatieoverzichten, resultatentabellen,...)
- De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
