What is your job content?
We as a strong growing company in De Pinte, active in IT, are looking for an employee purchase and customer service.
Does an order form arrive? Then the file goes from sales to purchase, which provides all further follow-up. You will be responsible for everything related to purchasing, but will also keep customers informed of their orders and assist them with questions.

Curious about your duties as a purchase officer?
Orders are released in Business Central by our sales departments in Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, these then appear in your planning board.
You are responsible for a certain group of suppliers and place the necessary orders with them taking into account CRD and follow up the entire purchasing process. You inform your team leader of any concerns or errors.
You keep our partners informed about delivery deadlines and the like.
You take delivery of the ordered goods and book them into the system, both physical goods and digital.
We all keep our stock clean together, so don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves sometimes.
You have to provide weekly Excel reports to suppliers concerning sales figures, open orders and/or stock.
In short, a very varied job with daily contacts with suppliers and partners.
What profile are we looking for?
You have an ASO diploma
Preferably you have a first work experience, but are you a motivated school leaver? Then you can certainly also qualify.
You can work well with Microsoft Office and other tools.
You can express yourself in Dutch, French and English.
You have a strong character and consider open communication very important
You are not afraid to pick up the phone when escalations are needed.
You are resourceful in finding solutions.
