Als op en top Belgisch modebedrijf in volle expansie is ZEB de multi-merkenspecialist bij uitstek voor mannen en vrouwen waar de klant altijd centraal staat Klanten goed in hun vel doen voelen en ze doen stralen in een nieuwe outfit: daar doen we het voor. Ze niet enkel gelukkig maken tijdens hun winkelbezoek, maar ook een indruk nalaten waardoor ze verlangen om opnieuw door ons geholpen te worden.
**“Hooray, it’s today”** is niet voor niets onze slogan.
**Functie**:
Voor onze ZEB-winkel in Sint-Truiden zijn we op zoek naar een Stock Responsible. Lees: iemand die achter de schermen alles regelt, en dat 24u/week.
What’s in a name? Als Stock Responsible heeft de stock geen geheimen voor jou. Je overziet leveringen, bewaakt de gang van zaken en handhaaft de orde. Is er iets uitverkocht? Dan bestel je bij en verwittig je je collega’s in de winkel. Dat is belangrijk werk, want als de stock hapert, hapert alles.
**Profiel**:
- Step aside, Marie Kondo, want als er één organisatorisch toptalent is, dan ben jij het wel. Je bent de onbetwiste Monica van je inner circle. Opruimen geeft je voldoening, structuur biedt je houvast, en stipt zijn is gewoon jouw norm. Net als proactief zijn, trouwens. Soms zie je problemen nog voordat ze zich voordoen, zo ordelijk ben je.
- Je bent net zo goed een teamdier als een lone wolf. Je houdt ervan om met mensen samen te werken, van hen bij te leren of hen dingen bij te brengen. Maar net zo goed verdwijn je graag in je eigen wereld en je eigen flow. Want die eigen wereld ken je door en door.
- Je mag de dingen dan graag op een bepaalde manier doen, dat wil nog niet zeggen dat ze altijd hetzelfde moeten gaan. Integendeel: je snakt naar afwisseling. Hoe meer variatie je tegenkomt in je job, hoe meer je bijleert, en zo heb je het graag.
**Aanbod**:
- Je kan 24u/week bij ons aan de slag. En in het weekend blijf je lekker liggen, want dan heb je vrij. Retail never sleeps, maar jij dus wel. Laat je toekomstige collega’s dat maar niet horen
Grapje, hoor. Het ZEB-team is warm en hecht. Iedereen gunt elkaar veel, inclusief een luilekkere zondagochtend. Wanneer je je uit je stock waagt, word je dus gegarandeerd goed omringd. En dat maakt echt een verschil.
- Het was een nipte race — de balaclava haalde het bìjna — maar hier bij ZEB vinden we een open mind nog altijd het beste accessoire. Wees dus vooral jezelf, of dat nu een kwestie van outfit of identiteit is.
- Honger naar meer? Great Zowel in onze winkel als via de ZEB Academy kan je trainingen en workshops volgen, en je zo verder ontpoppen. En omdat ZEB blijft groeien en evolueren, kan je rol dat ook. Over alles kan gebabbeld worden. So, let’s.
Je wordt uiteraard ook betaald voor je harde werk. Dat loon is competitief binnen de sector, en wordt nog verder aangedikt met allerlei extralegale extraatjes (dat zat eigenlijk al in het woord, nee?), zoals maaltijdcheques en een fikse personeelskorting. What’s not to like?
