Based at Liège airport since 1992, **LEONARDO BELGIUM**, a subsidiary of the Italian LEONARDO group, specializes, among other things, in the distribution of spare parts for military and civil helicopters, as well as in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of dynamic helicopter components.

With new projects multiplying, including the recent opening of the Cybersecurity Division in Brussels, and the creation of two new helicopter maintenance bases in **Le Bourget** (France), and in** Esltree** (UK), our Human Resources department is in need of a reinforcement.

We are therefore looking for a new recruit to support our existing team of three HR professionals in ensuring that our organization operates as efficiently as possible across Belgium, France, and the UK.

**Job description**:
As an **HR Generalist**, you will play a crucial role within the HR team, acting as a backup for the existing team on all HR-related matters. You will engage in a diverse range of tasks that are vital for our growth and success.

**Key responsabilities**:

- ** Full-Cycle Employee Management**
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees.
- ** Talent Acquisition, Training, and Performance Management**
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, develop and implement training programs, and facilitate performance management processes to foster employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- ** Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient handling of HR documentation.
- ** Payroll Management**
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- ** Collaboration and Process Optimization**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal HR processes and drive efficiency in HR operations.
- ** Day-to-Day Employee Requests Management**
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- ** Support for International Development**
- Assist in the expansion of HR initiatives and practices across international locations, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local regulations.

**Profile**:

- At least two years of experience as an HR generalist is required, particularly with a focus on France and the UK.
- A strong understanding of labor laws and best practices is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both French and English. Italian is an asset.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team, a proactive problem-solving approach, and strong task management skills are also key attributes we seek
