**About Our Client**:
Our a client, a Famous International Bank located in Brussels, is currently looking for a Facility Operations Specialist for a mission of 1 year.
As a Facility Operations Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of facilities, including offices, common areas, and meeting rooms
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors regarding facility-related inquiries and requests
- Coordinate and schedule facility-related services, such as cleaning, security, and waste management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Support the planning and execution of office relocations, expansions, or renovations
- Assist in budgeting and financial monitoring for facility operations
**The Successful Applicant**:
As a Facility Operations Specialist, you have the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure
