Voor een klant gespecialiseerd in het verdedigen van de belangen, het creëren van een ontmoetingsplaats en het opzetten van samenwerkingen voor en tussen sociale secretariaten zoeken we een ervaren Program Manager.
**De Program Manager**
- Bereikt strategische doelstellingen door toezicht te houden op meerdere projectactiviteiten.
- Legt het werkkader, de projectplanning en de program governance vast samen met de program manager van de RSZ.
- Stuurt de interne werkgroepen aan; organiseert de vergaderingen, zorgt voor verslaggeving, actielijsten, progress reporting, enz.
- Coördineert de gemengde werkgroepen samen met de program manager van de RSZ.
- Volgt de werkzaamheden van de werkgroepen en de voortgang van de projecten van nabij op en rapporteert periodiek (minstens maandelijks) aan de Steerco en de Algemeen Directeur.
- Communiceert verwachtingen voor de ESS-experten door hun bijdragen te plannen, te monitoren, te beoordelen en bij te sturen.
- Handhaaft uitgezet beleid, werkafspraken en procedures.
- Voert de krijtlijnen uit, die uitgezet worden in de steerco en de kerngroep.
- Spreekt een werkkader af, communiceert minstens wekelijks met hem en bespreekt issues
- Volgt de werkzaamheden van de werkgroepen en de voortgang van de projecten van nabij op en rapporteert tweewekelijks aan de Kerngroep en maandelijks aan de Steerco.
**Functievereisten**
- Kunnen omgaan met complexiteit, informatie analyseren en bedrijfsvisie implementeren
- Uitgebreide projectmanagementervaring in het succesvol leiden van complexe projecten, bij voorkeur binnen de overheidssector of vergelijkbare omgevingen.
- Kennis van E-government en digitale transformatie met de bijbehorende technologische ontwikkelingen.
- Strategisch denken: de kandidaat moet in staat zijn om het project te plaatsen binnen de bredere strategische doelstellingen.
- Leiderschap en teammanagement: de kandidaat met het vermogen hebben om teams effectief te leiden en te motiveren.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn cruciaal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Stakeholdermanagement: de kandidaat heeft het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden met verschillende belanghebbenden, waaronder de erkende sociale secretariaten, de overheidsinstanties, beleidsmakers,
- Veranderingsmanagement: omdat E-governmentprojecten vaak veranderingen met zich meebrengen in processen, systemen en werkculturen, is ervaring met veranderingsmanagement een waardevolle troef. De kandidaat moet in staat zijn om weerstand tegen verandering te identificeren, te beheren en effectieve strategieën te ontwikkelen om de adoptie van verandering te bevorderen.
