- Supervising projects autonomously.
- Planning, organizing and taking the lead of your team.
- Representing TC and clients.
- Preparing and finish missions letters for your clients.
- Supervising compliance and tax missions prepared by accountant and tax consultants.
- Improving the processes and ensure the respect of them.
- Being commercial et finding solutions in clients relations problems.
- Validation of fiscal forms.

**Your profile**:
**The value you will bring**
- You have a master in taxation or equivalent
- 8 years of proven work experience Belgian consulting firm where you have practiced a leadership position.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
- You have at a bachelor in accounting or taxation.
- 5-9 years of experience in a Belgian consulting firm where you have practiced a leadership position.
- Having a great set of people management skills is important.
- Having advanced analytical skills is an asset.
- You are a native French speaker with a great knowledge in English. Dutch is considered an asset.
- You know how to take responsibility for a team and to delegate people.
- Being able to give constructive criticism and feedback.
- Having an eye for details.
- You are open-minded and dispose of great interpersonal skills.
- You are used to accounting and tax tools such as Silverfin, Kluwer software and so on.
- Being a good team leader who will closely follow-up on his team members and clients to reach common objectives.
- Being able to communicate in an efficient way with your team members and to actively listen to them to work in the most productive way.
- You take responsibility and ownership when it comes to your work quality and can easily take advantage of an empowering environment.
