For an upcoming business performance consultancy with HQ at the edge of Brussels we are currently looking for an **HR performance consultant** to join their tribe

They are currently active in over **15 countries** and manage more than **15.000 projects** in R&D and innovation on a yearly basis.

Their HR performance team consists out of **6 colleagues** with backgrounds in economics and law who are working - in-house - on several HR optimization projects with **enterprise** level clients.

**Your role**

As a trusted advisor for your clients you will work on cases around HR performance optimization, payroll and tax optimization and subsidy opportunities for the company.
- You will manage your own projects from **intake** to **implementation**.
- During the **intake session **with your clients you will asses their current situation and the challenges ahead.
- After receiving all the necessary documents you will **dive into the numbers** and perform a social and fiscal analysis.
- After **presenting** your outcome to the clients you will also be their main point of contact during the **implementation** phase.

As you might have suspected - **ownership** is key in this position.

**Your profile**
- Your friends would describe you as an entrepreneurial and ambitious person who makes the perfect referee during any team event ranging from a game of basketball to an evening of board games.
- Your colleagues see you as a loyal team-player who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and is a bit of a nerd when it comes to accuracy.
- You have at least 3 years of experience but preferably around 5 to 10
- You have a master's degree in economics or law
- You are fluent in Dutch/French & English
