About the Role
To reinforce its tax team, SWIFT is looking for a Group Tax Manager (location la Hulpe, Belgium) on full-time basis.
As Group tax manager, you are driving group tax projects to support our strategy and business all over the world. This global role includes the contribution to and implementation of the tax strategy, the management of the effective tax rate and of the tax risks, the setup and review of the tax operating model, the set up and implementation of transfer pricing policies and the management of tax audits and tax rulings.
The role reports to the Global Head of Tax.
Education- You have a Master degree in Law or Economics with additional master in Tax
Experience- You are fluent in English both written and spoken. The active knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.- You have 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience advising on corporate income tax, transfer pricing and international tax matters in consultancy firm and/or in-house position.- Exposure to Belgian and US taxation considered as an asset.- Self-starter with ability to lead and implement end to end projects with touching points outside your area of expertise (invoicing, payments, etc.)

Key Responsibilities- In line with SWIFT strategy and business development, you will support the strategy by making tax analyses, recommendations and implementation.- You look for, recommend and implement tax efficient structures and manage the effective tax rate.- You update, review and implement our tax operating model- You will prepare and negotiate rulings, bilateral APAs and tax audits- You ensure compliance with the transfer pricing regulations and system implementation and keep the transfer pricing documentation up to date- You review the legal structure, analyze the tax impact and make recommendation for the set-up and closing of legal entities, funding, loans and dividend distributions.-
- Implement tax controls and best in class tax risk management practice, provide internal trainings when necessary and contribute to increase the tax awareness within the company
