In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our clients stay ahead in compliance while effectively mitigating risks.
**What You’ll Do**
**1. Collaborate with Clients**
- Work closely with insurance companies to design tailored solutions for AML/CFT challenges.
- Support the seamless implementation of compliance strategies.
**2. Cross-Functional Partnership**
- Partner with internal teams to design, review, and monitor AML/CFT and sanctions detection systems.
**3. Risk Assessments**
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments at enterprise and business unit levels to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
**4. Policy Development**
- Develop and refine AML/CFT and sanctions policies to align with regulatory requirements.
**5. Training & Awareness**
- Deliver impactful training sessions to stakeholders, fostering compliance awareness.
**6. KYC & KYT Activities**
- Lead **Know Your Customer (KYC)** remediation efforts and **Know Your Transaction (KYT)** monitoring activities.
**7. Internal Controls Testing**
- Assess and test internal controls to ensure robust compliance systems are in place.
**8. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
**9. Stay Ahead of Regulatory Changes**
- Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to keep clients compliant in a dynamic landscape.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Experience & Skills**:
- At least **2 years of experience** in compliance, business analysis, or project management with a focus on AML/CFT.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulations related to AML/CFT.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Fluent in **English** and **Dutch or French**.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across business levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
