**BelSquare, the fastest growing professional real estate Broker in Belgium, is hiring a Real Estate agent, to join its young dynamic team in Brussels, with as focus on the Northern Periphery.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and assist both occupiers and owners in finding suitable real estate solutions
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, trends, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, LOI, etc)
- Actively search for new clients
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with other departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, Investment
- Develop networks and cooperate with consultants, owners, brokers
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

**Requirements and skills**
- Working experience as a Real Estate Agent is a Plus
- Ability to work independently combined with an excellent Team Spirit
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- MS Office familiarity
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
