Record Credits biedt haar klanten een volledig gamma van producten voor leningen aan, zowel op het vlak van hypothecaire kredieten als op het vlak van consumentenkredieten.

**Business Manager Credit Risk**
Als Business Manager Credit Risk neem je deel aan projecten en business requests die aan Credit Risk gerelateerd zijn en neem je ownership op over acceptatiebeleid en gelinkte processen/procedures.
Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met onze ING-collega’s van het Credit Risk departement.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan onze Head of Decisions.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je neemt de lead in een aantal 1ste lijnstaken die betrekking hebben tot Credit Risk en staat in voor de opvolging en recurrente monitoring die daaraan is gelinkt;
- Je schrijft en actualiseert de acceptatiepolitiek en eventuele procedures die betrekking hebben op Credit Risk gelinkte items en onderhoudt daartoe nauwe contacten met de ING‑collega’s van het departement Policies & Procedures;
- Jij hebt voeling met procesbeheer/IT implementaties/rapportering en bent in staat om end-to-end impact van een policy aanpassing te bepalen en de nodige proces/IT aanpassingen te coördineren;
- Je neemt deel aan de Portfolio Monitoring Committees (PMC) en in voorbereiding daarop lever je input aan het organiserende departement van ING. Je neemt de lead in het uitwerken van de jou toegewezen actiepunten waartoe op PMC beslist werd.
- Je neemt deel aan het wekelijkse overleg van ons departement en presenteert er regelmatig de stand van zaken van lopende projecten en opdrachten die u toegewezen werden;
- Je staat mee in voor het onder controle houden van ons kredietrisico en het beperken van onze NPL-portefeuille. Je onderhoudt daarvoor nauwe contacten met het Collections Center dat instaat voor ons arrears-management en volgt hun activiteiten mee op;
- Je kan betrokken worden in interne audits of inspecties van de regulatoren met het oog op organiseren van workshops, interpreteren van aanbevelingen en het formuleren van voorstellen om een antwoord op die aanbevelingen te bieden;
- Je bent bereid je in te zetten op andere ad hoc opdrachten.
**Profiel en competenties**:
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een credit risk gerelateerde functie en bent gemotiveerd om jouw expertise op peil te houden en verder te ontwikkelen;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van ‘credit granting’ processen;
- Je bent goed georganiseerd, hebt een goed time-management en kan deadlines respecteren;
- Je bent vastberaden en kan heel zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent ook communicatief vaardig; luisterbereid en in staat met collega’s van andere afdelingen samen te werken;
- Je hebt een goede schriftelijke communicatie en je kan vlot overweg met de gangbare Microsofttoepassingen (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
