Join a dynamic team as an Interim Manager, taking the helm of an Underwriting Engineering midcorp department. We're seeking an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the P&C LOB (non-life insurance) sector, adept at team management, change leadership, and proven process improvement. If you're ready to tackle the exciting challenge of reorganizing workloads, conducting critical product analyses, and rebuilding a collaborative team, this 6-month mission (extendable to 9 months) is the opportunity for you. Start making a difference as soon as possible in a neutral environment, without prior experience within the company.
**Description**
- You organize and prioritize the current workload with the team;
- You conduct an effort/benefit analysis of various products - provide advice;
- In-depth understanding of processes, concrete procedures, and volumes through comprehensive intake - provide advice;
- You rebuild the team and foster collaboration.
**Profile**
- You have an extensive experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) LOB (non-life insurance);
- You have experienced people manager, ideally with change management skills, possessing the ability to lead people towards a common vision;
- You have a proven track record in process improvement;
- You have a neutral perspective;
- You reports to the Value Chain Lean Midcorp.
**Offer**
- A permanent contract with Axis, plus a minimum six-month assignment with our clients;
