Key Results:
- Account for the Factory Outlet distressed goods channel for controlled distribution in France and meet AFP targets for Levi’s
- Implement and monitor South European distressed goods ways of working, focusing on Brand Equity, profitability and effectiveness
- Ensure right store stock levels and monitor sell-out performance across France, and appropriate service in collaboration with Outlet Planning team and local RDs and DMs
About the Job:
- You'll monitor orders up to complete product delivery in stores together with Factory Outlet Allocators.
- You'll visit outlet stores to gather market intelligence and to best practices to the partners from an ordering point of view (travel is 30-40% of the job)
- You'll monitor (sales margin, stock turn) and take actions to improve them
- You'll implement solutions to achieve targets, reacting quickly to any sales down-turn through promotional proposals to hit AFP, in both O&O and Franchise stores.
- You'll manage owned operated FO inventory coverage and assortments, per product category (including accessories), to increase profitability and sell-through against targets together with Global Goods products guided by Outlet Planning Manager / Distressed Goods Manager.
- You'll collaborate with local teams to maintain prices in the system
- You'll coordinate promotions in O&O and commissionaire FO. You'll work together District Manager to the required profitability at store level
- You'll support new store openings in supplying initial package and being involved in meetings and physical opening of the store
- You'll take a to the business trends and needs and share commercial insight on the distressed goods local market with the Retail Lead
- You'll build an communication channel with partners in the markets (peers, franchisees), at level and in Regional HQ.
About you:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance area or equivalent
- You have 3+ years experience in a relevant function (Earlier store experience and forecasting experience can be useful)
- You are Fluent English and French
- You enjoy juggling with data information, working with figures and debrief
- You have skills and interest in systems, especially SAP &
- You express your ideas and concepts across both written and spoken
