**ABOUT THE EMPLOYER**:

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Maintenance**
- You perform **corrective maintenance** on various **mission-critical systems**.
- You perform **updates and upgrades** on existing systems.
- You perform **preventive visits** in the framework of **maintenance contracts**.
- After each intervention, you **update the documentation** of the customer site (software release, installed base).

**Project-Based**
- Implementation and installing projects:

- You'll **prepare future installations** in a lab environment.
- You'll **install and commission** the solution at the client.
- You'll get to **give training** sessions to Users.
- You'll be **documenting installations** (As-built) and **creating user manuals**.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You're fluent in **Dutch and/or French**, and your **English** skills are excellent.
- You're an **outstanding communicator**, both written and spoken.
- You're an **open-minded team player**, with a strong **customer focus** and a flexible, can-do mentality.
- You're not afraid to **take the initiative** and are accustomed to **working independently**.
- You can bring the necessary experience in control room environments to the table.
- ** Experience **in video surveillance, automation, telecommunication, access control, or voice recording is a plus
