**Qu'allez-vous faire?**:
Vous souhaitez vous investir sur du long terme dans une société en pleine expansion ? ECOFROST, une entreprise familiale qui exporte dans le monde entier, recrute un profil junior "Responsable Marketing et Communication ".

Contribuer au développement, à la réalisation et à la notoriété de nos marques privées. Vous serez le maillon essentiel dans la construction et le maintien de nos relations avec notre communauté, en utilisant des stratégies de communications créatives et impactantes.

Votre quotidien:
Suivi des Marques Privées (50% du temps):

- Gérer le lancement et le suivi de nouvelles marques privées.
- Servir de lien entre les clients et l'agence Athena pour le développement et l'approbation des designs.

Marketing et Communication (50% du temps):

- Création hebdomadaire de vidéos courtes sur nos produits/employés, avec sous-titres, pour une meilleure visibilité.
- Gestion et actualisation du site web.
- Prise de belles photos et création de contenus visuels attractifs.
- Organisation d'événements et gestion des espaces.
- Création de bannières pour le sponsoring et suivi à long terme.
- Amélioration du design des présentations PowerPoint.
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat,...).
- Dispensation de formations (notamment en anglais pour le personnel intéressé).
- Organisation d'événements spéciaux (ex : frietmobiel, partenariats).
- Support RH pour les visites d'entreprise et la gestion des matériaux de marketing.
- Mise en œuvre de campagnes marketing innovantes.
- Révision des films réalisés par postes et actualisation.
- Tâches diverses selon les besoins.

**Qui êtes-vous?**:

- Vous êtes dôté d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Vous êtes passionné par la communication et le marketing.
- Vous avez le sens de la créativité et de l'innovation.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience dans la gestion de communautés et des réseaux sociaux.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de vous adaptez dans un environnement dynamique.
- Vous transmettez des reportings réguliers à la hiérarchie.

**Formation**: Diplôme universitaire ou un baccalauréat en gestion ou en communication
Profil junior

**Connaissances linguistiques**: Très bonne connaissance de la langue française et de l'anglais
