**Jouw job in een oogopslag**

Maak deel uit van een netwerk van deskundige juristen binnen de groep BNP Paribas en stel je competenties ten dienste van de B2B-sectoren in afwisselende en uitdagende dossiers. Je bent betrokken bij elke fase van de kredietverrichtingen en biedt juridisch advies en begeleiding aan de verschillende bedrijfstakken, zowel in België als internationaal. Een sleutelrol waarbij je juridische risico's beoordeelt en deelneemt aan boeiende projecten in een dynamische omgeving

Als Senior Juridisch Adviseur structureer en ondersteun je alle B2B-activiteitssectoren voor wat betreft de juridische aspecten van kredietverlening, uitgifte van bankwaarborgen of documentaire kredieten.

Je functie omvat een unieke combinatie van transactioneel werk en advies:

- Je bent betrokken bij alle fasen van de kredietdossiers, van de structurering tot de ondertekening van contracten, en je verleent hierbij je juridische expertise.
- Je begeleidt de diensten die belast zijn met herstructureringen en faillissementen, zowel in België als internationaal.
- Je adviseert dagelijks de verschillende B2B-takken, zowel de operationele diensten gedurende de hele levenscyclus van de kredieten (aanpassingen van de relevante documentatie, zekerheden, herfinanciering enz.) als hun klanten.
- Je biedt ook je expertise bij de opvolging van projecten of betwistingen in verband met import
- en exportactiviteiten.
- Je beoordeelt de juridische en reputatierisico's voor de bank en je werkt mee aan de uitwerking en bijwerking van de juridische richtlijnen.

Om deze functie te kunnen uitvoeren en erin te groeien, is het belangrijk dat je over de volgende vaardigheden en kwaliteiten beschikt:

- Je gebruikt je gezond verstand en je zorgt ervoor dat je de behoeften van de interne klanten goed begrijpt.
- Je beheert je dossiers flexibel, reactief en autonoom, maar je houdt ervan om je kennis te delen en je werkt graag samen met je juridische collega's.
- Je combineert sterke juridische analyse-, communicatie-, onderhandelings
- en overtuigingsvaardigheden, waardoor je dossiers pragmatisch kunt behandelen en toch kunt garanderen dat ze juridisch conform zijn.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in de banksector of in een advocatenkantoor.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Microsoft Office-tools: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Je bent drietalig: je beheerst zowel schriftelijk als mondeling het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels.
- Je behaalde een master in de rechten aan een Belgische universiteit. Een specialisatie in bank
- en financieel recht is een echte troef.
