Brewer - Internship

Tipsy Tribe brewery & distillery is looking **brewer intern **to join the production team to work alongside the head brewer-distiller.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in day-to-day activities related to brewing and distilling
- Testing and quality verification
- Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment
- Product tasting
- Support packaging
- Maintain cleanliness of production area
- Support sales
- Festival & event management
- Good understanding of beer production processes
- Strong dedication to safety and hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Great team player
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have completed or be currently enrolled in a brewing program, or equivalent scientific education or brewery experience.
