**Junior HRBP (+ Chief of Staff)**

Are you a highly motivated and skilled professional looking to advance your career in Human Resources? We are currently seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team, based in Braine l’Alleud.

**Role HRBP**
- As a HRBP you operate as the first point of contact for all HR related matters for our business line.
- You will advise, support and provide guidance to the business in HR related areas of their responsibilities and objectives (e.g. recruitment needs, coaching, development plan, absenteism, reward, changes)...
- You will build excellent relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the business, using knowledge of HR best practice and willingness to challenge the status quo to create positive change.
- You will work closely with the line managers to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization including strategic and operative targets.
- You will ensure that your business unit gets the support they need by co-operating with your internal HR colleagues.
- You contribute and challenge your organization with maturity and firmness. You focus on the continuous development of HR processes and practices within your areas of responsibility.
- You are also actively involved in HR projects and processes, using your expertise and experience.

**Role Chief of Staff**:

- As the right hand of the HR Director, you play a crucial role in various HR projects:

- You will be actively participating in HR projects to further optimize the HR services and governance.
- Analyzing and interpreting data, trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Director to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- You are responsible for monitoring fvarious HR aspects of work ( HR meetings, processing HR documents,...).
- You keep yourself continuously informed of the evolutions and developments in the field of HR within our department.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for HRD to align Hand to the HR business.
- Provide HR general administrative support to the HR director.

**About you**:

- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Economics.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR consultant/ junior HRBP.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Selfstarter, xith strong interpersonal skills, a teamplayer and good sense of organization skills.
- Positive mindset proactive problem solver who can work independently and is eager to learn.
- entrepreneurial spirit and you are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- knowledge of Belgium social legislation.
- A strong customers and results orientation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
