Als supervisor heb je een cruciale en verantwoordelijke rol binnen de productierun. Je coacht een team van +- 15 personen. Je waarborgt hun veiligheid op de werkvloer en zorgt dat ze zich goed voelen bij wat ze doen.

Dagelijks maak je samen met de planner een optimale productie
- en personeelsplanning. Daarna is het jouw opdracht om de productiviteit en het rendement binnen uw afdeling op te volgen. Je stuurt jouw productieteam aan en je biedt hen ondersteuning op vlak van kwaliteit, storingen en andere uitdagingen.

Je bent een echte coach voor jouw mensen. Op jouw manier sta je in voor de dagelijkse leiding van jouw afdeling. Je geeft training en je voert afwezigheids-, evaluatie
- en bijsturingsgesprekken.

De continue samenwerking tussen de verschillende departementen (Onderhoud, Tooling, Kwaliteit, HR, Logistics,.) maakt het mogelijk om een vlot productieproces te bekomen. Als spilfiguur vervul je hierbij een belangrijke taak. Door jouw betrokkenheid heb je een overzicht van het actuele productieverloop, waardoor je de QRCI-meeting vlot kan leiden en de daaruit vloeiende acties kan opvolgen.

Elke dag zorg je voor een efficiënte ploegoverdracht en rapporteer je aan de Plant Manager, die jouw rechtstreeks leidinggevende is. Gezien onze light-structuur kunnen we aanpassingen en verbeteringen, snel realiseren en implementeren.

**PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
- Productie know-how is een plus.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en/of het Engels.
- Je handelt met grote verantwoordelijkheid.
