Provide Document Control services to the project Detail Construction & Commissiong works:
- Cost Controlling Services for Capital Investment Project including Management of Project budget and cost reporting for the project.
- Maintaining of cost control tool for project and assurance of correct integration ofschduel, progress, risk, trend and change information
- Establishment of budgets for control accounts, purchase orders, and work packages based on the detailed cost estimate. Preparation of time-phased costs and contingency run-down in accordance with the schedule and planned progress and corporate financial reporting requirements.
- Maintenance of the trend register and change register including the review and update of the cost forecast on a monthly basis.
- Update of the cost control tool every month with actuals and commitments from SAP and contractors, performs budget transfers and contingency drawdowns with PM approval, update time-phased costs, and preparation of cost forecast for PM review and approval.
- Preparation of the project reporting calendar (Client and Contractor) monthly project report and presentations with regard to cost status and development of project, preparation of detailed cost reports, including identification of variances and causes.
- Input to annual budgeting and forecasting, portfolio cost reporting, and maintenance of SAP data.
- Check of budget vs price for all POs and contracts, and reviews contractor change orders for cost and budget impacts.
- Closure of purchase order obligo and SAP WBS elements with correct final status.

**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 8 or more years of cost control experience in the chemical or process industries
- Past experience on EPC projects greater than €50 million during both engineering and construction phases
- SharePoint / Teams and other MS Office 365 Tools
- Windows Fileshare
- Document Management Systems ( e.g. Digital Documents)
- SAP
- Project language: English
