CHILI publish is looking for a **"Product Marketing Manager"** to join our team in **Belgium** (can be remote-based in Europe).
As _Product Marketing Manager for _CHILI publish, you’ll be a strategic, yet hands-on product marketing professional with a track record of success in developing region-specific positioning, messaging, content, and tools to drive sales and marketing success. You’ll be the expert on the buyers and competition in the markets we serve and support go-to-market efforts for our creative automation SaaS platform.
This role will report into our _VP of Marketing at CHILI publish._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- In this role, you’ll inspire through:_
- Go-to-market plans: Work with product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to contribute to and execute on top-down KPIs and GTM product plans. Identify top geographies, industries, and use cases where we can effectively win and grow.
- Competition: Understand the competitive landscape in Europe and provide ongoing support and enablement tools to help the Sales team win.
- Expertly crafted value propositions and positioning: Develop region-specific value propositions and positioning which balances technical details with business benefits.
- High-impact content and tools: Develop and maintain buyer-oriented content (e.g., website content, datasheets, videos, articles, blog posts, etc.) and ensure alignment with key stakeholder groups including sales, lead generation, corporate communications, product management, professional services, and the executive team.
- Sales knowledge transfer: Create & deliver materials for reference by regional sales teams (direct & indirect) organization, including sales training, presentation materials, FAQs, demo scripts, and battle cards that help drive solution adoption and create sales excitement & revenue success.
- Cross-sell opportunity: Work with regional sales and marketing managers to define and execute a strategy to cross-sell our e-signature and digital agreement solutions to our existing banking and financial services customers in Europe.
- High-energy evangelism: Be the spokesperson for our product and help build our brand locally through customer presentations, thought leadership webinars, and media interviews.
**Qualifications And Skills**
- 3-5 years of work experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, product management, or related role.
- Knowledge B2B SaaS marketing is a must.
- Industry experience selling to retail is a big plus.
- Exceptional storyteller and writing skills with the ability to create content that engages decision makers (writing samples are required).
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to drive the end-to-end execution of multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal direction.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel within EMEA (10%).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Product marketing/management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance, Product Focus, 280 Group) is a plus.
