Are you passionate about leveraging the power of the digital realm to drive business growth? Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Digital Marketing Consultant in our agency.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for our clients. Your expertise and insights will drive success in reaching target audiences, enhancing brand visibility, and generating measurable marketing results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Actively take a role in development of the digital marketing roadmap of clients
- Translate business strategy of our clients into a digital marketing strategy
- Envision and implement growth strategies, translated into short term and long-term tactics
- Develop and choose the right KPIs for that short
- and long-term strategy
- Bring new users and prospects to the channels of our clients by relentlessly digging into the data, ideating, testing, and optimizing
- Develop creative action-plans to boost SEO and SEA traffic
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (all forms of paid media and search driven advertising) and experiments with the focus on growth and data-first
- Define strategies to optimize conversion rates
- Analyze the impact of your action-plans and optimize your results
- Conceptualize new features and improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Collaborate in a team with marketing strategists, CRO, SEO, MA and Paid media specialists, Analytics & Data consultants, Creatives and developers
- Take a role in development of our Digital Marketing business & projects in the above-mentioned area’s
- Evangelize digital marketing to our colleagues and the outside world
- Support sales-teams to define the best targets & co-create the matching offers
- Support and collaborate with our sales team to target new business opportunities
- Guide and coach juniors and are a sparring partner for your marketing colleagues

WHAT YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing environment (agency experience is a plus)
- Experienced with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, Search Engine Marketing & Paid Media
- Consulting skills and the ability to define and lead workshops for technical and business audiences from analyst to executive level
- You are a keen developer of new opportunities and are ready to win more business & evangelize our expertise
- Very hands-on with digital analytics tools and the use of reporting dashboards
- Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, strong negotiation & communication skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch & French
