**Your responsibilities**
- Provide analytics to validate and support in building hypotheses, in close cooperation with the global analytics team in Sweden, to create insights in performance
- Create and run ongoing reports specific to the country to build continuous insight into local performance and help identify areas for improvement
- Actively analyze all relevant data sources to create clear insights and create great customer experiences to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate with the global analytics team in Sweden to align on common priorities and ways of working as well as to share insights
- Team up with operational departments as well as other relevant stakeholders within IKEA Belgium to share actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvement
**About this work area**
Enable excellent understanding of the performance of the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) and its root causes by using and developing analytics tools and defining actionable insights based on local needs.
